On December 13th, 2024, Dept. of MCA, School of Informatics, Aurora Deemed to Be University hosted an expert talk on Mobile Landscape and Block chain Technology. The session was conducted by C-DAC in online mode.
The proliferation of mobile devices and digital transactions has revolutionized the way people connect, transact, and communicate. However, this rapid advancement has also paved the way for significant security threats in the mobile ecosystem. Mobile security is under continuous attack from malware, vulnerabilities in applications, and increasingly sophisticated attackers. Additionally, blockchain technology is gaining prominence for its potential to provide trust, transparency, and security. Yet, concerns about its implementation and vulnerabilities need to be addressed.
This talk explored MCA students' on the mobile threat landscape and Blockchain technology which emerges as a promising solution for enhancing trust and securing mobile ecosystems.The event drew over 65 participants attending the session.
