Aavirbhav - Undergraduate Student Induction Program 2023-24

Aurora University hosted "Aavirbhav- way of new beginning," the UG induction program for newly admitted students, from September 25th to September 30th, 2023. This program, aptly named to signify "evolution," aimed to ensure a seamless transition into university life. It included a variety of sessions, from lectures on universal human values to engaging workshops and extracurricular activities of dance, music, sports and yoga sessions. The inaugural event of Aavirbhav commenced on September 25, 2023, at 9:30 am with a formal lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. Mr. Chandrashekar Goud Vutukuri, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, delivered a warm welcome speech. Dr. M.C. Ajay Kumar, Director of Admissions, provided a comprehensive overview of the admissions process, emphasizing transparency and inclusivity. Mr. K. Chandrasekhar, Director of Evaluation, highlighted the university's rigorous assessment standards. Dr. Srilatha Chepure, Registrar, explained the innovative teaching methods and continuous assessment curriculum. The event concluded with a campus tour to familiarize the freshers with their new environment. On Valedictory, the Chief Guest Dr. Somayajulu, Director of IIITDM Kurnool, provided invaluable insights, while Dr. Y L Sreenivas, Pro Vice Chancellor, enriched the program with an inspiring lecture. Dr. Nimmatoori Ramesh Babu, Founder of Aurora Group, highlighted the importance of this transition in his motivating endnote. Shri. Anudeep Aurora, President of Aurora Group, graced the occasion and distributed prizes to outstanding achievers. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants appreciating the balance of informative and engaging elements.
