In 2003, I joined the Swarna Bharathi Institute of Science and Technology (SBIT), the year of its inception, as an Assistant Professor. I was subsequently elevated to the position of Associate Professor in 2009 and became a Professor of Mathematics and Head of the Department of Humanities and Sciences in 2012. Here, students encouraged and nurtured me, helping me develop good teaching skills.

The SBIT management sponsored me for the Ph.D. program under the Technical Education Quality Improvement Program (TEQIP) at the National Institute of Technology, Warangal (NITW) in 2008. My thesis, entitled "Numerical Solution of Some Steady-State Convection-Diffusion and Impact Problems," was accepted for the award of the Doctoral Degree on January 16, 2012, under the supervision of my Acharya, Prof. N. Srinivasacharyulu, an erudite professor and a strong driving force behind my academic growth. He guided me with parental care at NITW.

In 2014, I joined Malla Reddy Engineering College (Autonomous), Campus-I, as a Professor of Mathematics. I also served as a Professor at Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management (Autonomous) in 2016. I sincerely discharged my duties at Matrusri Engineering College (MECS), Hyderabad, for a period of six years. I am currently working as a Professor and HOD of Mathematics at the School of Liberal Arts & Sciences, Aurora Deemed to be University, Uppal, Hyderabad.

I have also been entrusted with the responsibilities of being a Board member in the faculty selection committee at JNTUH for identifying good teaching faculty for affiliated colleges across the state. Additionally, I serve as a Board Committee member and Chairman of the Board of Studies for Mathematics. Several universities and autonomous colleges have invited me as a resource person in Applied Mathematics, where I have delivered invited talks on Differential Equations, Parallel Computing, Mathematical Modelling, and Operations Research. I also serve as an editorial member for reputed international journals across the globe and have authored international textbooks for UG & PG courses.

I am a member of the R&D Committee in the Academic Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and have served as the Co-ordinator for various committees, including the Disciplinary Committee, NSS Programme Officer, Anti-Ragging Committee Coordinator, and Time Table Committee Coordinator, for the past two and a half decades. I have credited 42 national and international research papers and international textbooks published at international standards. Some research papers, book chapters, and textbooks submitted to reputed journals are under review. Under my supervision, two scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degrees, and three scholars are in the pipeline at JNTUH, Krishna University (AP), and Sarvepally Radhakrishna University (MP). I have presented 45 research papers at international and national conferences across the country.

I have attended more than 150 online/offline Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), STTPs, webinars, and certification courses. I have completed 10 NPTEL and Coursera courses meeting international standards. My research paper was awarded the Best Research Paper Award in Applied Mathematics at the XIX Congress of Andhra Pradesh Society for Mathematical Sciences (APSMS) in 2010, in memory of Professor Meenakshi Sundharam. I have been recognized twice with Best Teacher and Scholar awards at national and international platforms.

Under my supervision, around 200 dissertations have been completed at the PG & UG levels at NIT, Warangal, and other reputed institutions. My research work has been presented at IIT Roorkee, IIT Madras, the University of Delhi, the Defence Institute of Engineering (DIOE) Pune, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa, Dravidian University, Sri Venkateshwara University (SVU) Tirupati, Kakatiya University, Osmania University, AVN College Visakhapatnam, and many affiliated colleges of JNTU/OU. It was also presented at the prestigious International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM) held in Hyderabad in 2010.

With 25 years of teaching experience in reputed engineering colleges, my areas of research include Numerical Analysis, Mathematical Modelling, and Operations Research. Teaching and research are like my two eyes, and I strive to maintain stability, consistency, and convergence in both attributes.
