Multi-layered Integrated Framework

Aurora's undergraduate program epitomizes a multi-layered integrated framework meticulously crafted to provide students with a diverse array of learning opportunities, aligning seamlessly with the tenets of the National Education Policy 2020. Envisioned to shape a new educational paradigm that is holistic, flexible, and attuned to the demands of the 21st century, our program is structured to prepare students comprehensively. At its core, this framework comprises five distinct layers of learning, each strategically designed to serve a specific purpose in the holistic development of students' education. These layers are thoughtfully integrated to create an immersive learning environment that empowers students to realize their academic and professional aspirations.

Core Program: This foundational layer equips students with a solid understanding of their chosen field of study, encompassing fundamental concepts, principles, and essential skills necessary for success. It incorporates a blend of general courses, discipline-specific modules, and career-oriented tracks.

Research Education: The second layer focuses on nurturing students' research skills and intellectual curiosity. Students engage in research projects, experiments, and collaborations with faculty and peers to deepen their understanding of their areas of interest. This layer emphasizes the development of critical research skills and encourages independent or collaborative research projects.

External Certifications: In the third layer, students have the opportunity to obtain certifications relevant to language proficiency, productivity skills, and industry readiness within their chosen field. These certifications enhance students' employability and demonstrate their expertise to potential employers.

Foreign Languages: The fourth layer mandates the acquisition of proficiency in a foreign language. This requirement enhances students' cross-cultural competence, global perspective, and communication skills, preparing them to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.

Talent Enrichment: The fifth layer provides students with opportunities to explore their interests, develop their talents, and engage in extracurricular activities. These activities contribute to students' personal and professional growth, fostering the development of essential life skills.
