Dr SVHN Krishna Kumari is Dean Academics and Planning at Aurora Deemed University, Hyderabad. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Faculty of BITS Pilani, WILP division. She has 28 years of Teaching, 16 years of Research experience and 12 years of Industry experience all together. Prior to joining Aurora University she served as Professor, Vice Principal , Associate Dean Academics and Planning at K L University, Hyderabad. She has worked as Professor and Head of the Department in autonomous engineering colleges VJIT, Vardhaman College of Engineering & Aurora Scientific Technological & Research Academy in Hyderabad for 10 years. In addition to that she has contributed her services as Guest Faculty of BITS Pilani, WILP division for 12 years.

She completed her M.Tech in Software Systems with a specialization in Data Analytics from BITS Pilani and her Ph.D from Osmania University.

Her research work is cantered in multi-disciplined areas like computational modelling, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computational fluid dynamics, Outcome - Based Education. She has more than 40 publications to her credit in SCI, ESCI, Scopus and UGC Journals. She has presented more than 20 research papers in National and International Conferences. She has two patents in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. She has contributed her services as an author for 5 books in Computational Mathematics, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

She completed a UGC-sponsored project with title “Mathematical Modelling of pumping of nano fluids with different flow geometries”

She is a member of IAENG (168622) , UACEE (SNM10100055750), CSTA (1266446) and IEEE (98621480). She is an Editorial Board Member and Reviewer for three International journals. She has acted as Session Chair and Keynote Speaker at various conferences.

She has extended her Professional Contribution as a BoS member for Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology and KL University, Hyderabad. She was the BoS Chairperson and Academic Council Member for VJIT, KL University, and Vardhaman College of Engineering. She has organized numerous Faculty Development Programs, Workshops, and Seminars for faculty members and students as per the requirements. She has completed 12 Certification Courses from IBM, Microsoft, Coursera, etc., in the areas of Machine Learning, Data Science, Natural Language Processing, Data Analytics, and Leadership Skill Enhancement.

She was the Research Supervisor for KL University, Hyderabad and she is the Research Supervisor for JNTU Hyderabad. One scholar has been awarded with doctoral degree under her supervision, and three more are to be awarded soon.

She has received awards for Academic Leader, Academic Administrator, Women Excellence Award, best Academic Administrator, Best Inspiring Teacher and others from various organizations. She was awarded a Gold Medal for securing the first rank in Postgraduate Studies and received National Merit Scholarship. She received 5 th rank in her Under Graduated studies and qualified CSIR-NET.

Her research interests are Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computational Modelling and Advanced Statistical Models.
