V Jalender Reddy has 12 years of teaching experience around 1 year of industry experience, explored in research. He submitted Ph.D thesis on “Impact of Behavioral Biases on Youngsters investment Decisions” to Annamalai University. He has an MBA degree from JNTUH University. His specialization is in Finance and General Management. His areas of research interest include Behavioral Finance. He is passionate about mentoring the students and future leaders on beyond the classroom learning, entrepreneurship and social sensitivity. He has published several papers in reputed research journals, organized workshops and Management events to keep up with the advancements in the fields of Management.
