Dr. Girish Kumar Painoli

Dr. Girish Kumar Painoli is a Professor in School of Commerce and Management. He has done his M. Com; MBA; M. Phil; UGC-NET; Ph.D with Accounting and Finance specialisations. His current teaching and research interests include Accounting, Finance, Banking and Business Management.

• He has a rich experience of 27 years in Teaching, research and Administration in various capacities at Higher Educational Institutions of India, Oman and Ethiopia.

• He worked as Professor and Dean and was Chairman and Member of various Statutory and Academic Committees at ITM Vocational University Vadodara before joining this university and contributed for the development of all the Institutions wherever he has work.

• He had worked as Professor of Accounting and Finance in Ethiopia and Faculty of Accounting and Finance in Sultanate of Oman for 6+ years.

• He has also been working in India for last 21 years which includes teaching, research and administration at different point of time in different institutions at UG & PG levels.

• He has published 39 research papers which are Indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, UGC care and peer reviewed journals and published 5 books accounting and finance

• He has attended 80+ FDPs/Webinars/Workshops/Refresher Courses/Conferences and Seminars, of national and international repute.

• He has organised various national and international seminar/webinars/workshops etc from time to time for students and faculties

• He has published 6 patents 1 copyright and 1 design in the area business management

• He is the international reviewer of Oman Research Council and Routledge Taylor & Francis Group U.K.

• He has a life membership in 5 professions associations of Accounting, Commerce and Management
