Dr. Anees Sulthana, holding an MBA, Ph.D., and UGC NET JRF, currently holds the position of an associate professor at Aurora Higher Education and Research Academy (Deemed-to-be University). With an extensive professional background spanning thirteen years, she earned her Ph.D. in Business Management from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and an MBA in Human Resources from Kakatiya University. In 2011, she successfully cleared the UGC NET JRF examination. Her research interest encompass performance management, organizational behavior, and human resource management, Dr. Anees Sulthana has made significant contributions to the field.

Her scholarly work includes the publication of over six research articles in both national and international journals and text book.
